Resonance:
Jivamukti Retreat
in Ubud, Bali
from 1360€ per Person
Resonance is an invitation to notice when your life feels in tune and when it drifts, and to gently return to the frequency that belongs to you. In Ubud, surrounded by rice fields and the presence of sacred Mount Agung, this Jivamukti retreat becomes a sustained practice of Resonance. You will align breath, body and sound so that asana, mantra and meditation all echo the same inner note.
You will explore nada yoga, the yoga of sound, and the idea of Anahata, the unstruck ever present vibration within the heart. Mornings move with the rhythm of vigorous Jivamukti practice. Afternoons soften into philosophy, asana lab, yoga nidra and sound baths until the edge between what you practice and who you are softly dissolves. Here, Resonance is not just a theme, but the felt sense of returning again and again to the note that rings true, turning the retreat into a tuning fork for the soul.

Our home will be Senses Bali, a retreat centre surrounded by lush green rice fields and offers views of sacred Mount Agung on Bali island. It’s just a four-minute drive from downtown Ubud, the artistic and spiritual centre of Bali, but it feels like a world away. The drive from Denpasar airport takes about 1-1.5 hours, with plenty to see along the way.
Each room is steps away from surrounding rice fields and opens onto a private deck with outdoor seating. All rooms are independent and feature a unique hand-made tile wall. Recycled timber handpicked furniture, fine cotton sheets, and authentic Balinese toques are combined with European comfort. Every room is equipped with a ceiling fan, organic shower products, and a hand dryer. Villas are available in twin share, triple share, and private room options.
A cosy lounge, the heart of the retreat centre, offers a relaxing space to unwind, enjoy meals, and build connections. With stunning views of the rice fields from the second level, it’s the perfect spot to sip complimentary herbal teas, read a book, or simply take in Bali’s breathtaking beauty. A true home away from home, the lounge invites everyone to relax on the sofas and share meaningful conversations about yoga, life, or anything in between.
