Alya is an experienced yoga teacher and sound practitioner with over 600 hours of training in Vinyasa and Jivamukti, and over 8 years of teaching experience. Of Moscow origin, she first came into contact with yoga in 2010. What began as a fun workout gradually blossomed into a profound, holistic lifestyle.

Alya’s practice is rooted in the teachings of the Dharma. Her goal is to encourage a shift from an egocentric and anthropocentric lifestyle towards a kinder, more compassionate, diverse, and inclusive world – for all sentient beings.

लोकाः समस्ताः सुखिनो भवन्तु

lokāḥ samastāḥ sukhino bhavantu

may all beings everywhere be happy and free

In her skillfully crafted, vigorous Jivamukti classes, you are challenged to deepen your listening skills and dive into the conscious connection between your breath and body movements. You'll be encouraged to gradually develop your practice by rewiring mind patterns and exploring your potential for growth, both physically and mentally.

In her Sound Healing sessions, you are gently guided to let go, immerse yourself in healing frequencies, and restore balance to the body and mind.
